You Know Your Case. Pressure Changes What Comes Out of You.

You prepared thoroughly. Your arguments are tight. Your case is solid.

Then the judge interrupts. Opposing counsel pushes back. A witness gives an answer you did not expect.

Something shifts.

Your response slows. Your language gets softer. You start reacting instead of leading.

You do not notice it in the moment. The room does.

THE REAL PROBLEM

This is not a preparation problem.

Preparation is complete. What changes is what comes out of you when the pressure builds.

The hesitation.

The hedge.

The shift in your voice that tells the room the last question landed.

The gap between what you think you are projecting and what the room is actually reading is where authority starts to slip.

Most attorneys never measure it.

Most do not know it can be measured.

WHAT WE DO

The Invisible Script is a behavioral performance consultancy for trial attorneys.

We do not teach communication style.

We do not work on confidence or mindset.

We measure what happens to your performance when adversarial pressure arrives, then build the protocols to correct it.

Everything starts with one step.

THE PRESENCE AUDIT

A 60-minute controlled adversarial diagnostic.

You are measured across four performance areas.

You receive a written report that is timestamped, scored, and specific.

Not “you need to project more authority.”

Exactly where performance shifted.

Exactly what triggered it.

Exactly what comes next.

THE SYSTEM

Diagnose → The Presence Audit

Your behavioral baseline. Written report delivered within 48 hours.

Correct → Pressure Precision Reset

One identified gap. A 21-day targeted correction. Retested at Day 21.

Condition → Command Intensive

Multiple breakdown points. Six weeks of escalating pressure conditioning. Full retest.

Nothing begins without the Audit.

The Audit determines what, if anything, comes next.

FOUNDER

Eduardo Perez spent 15 years as a U.S. Air Force Officer and counterintelligence special agent operating in adversarial environments where composure under pressure was not optional.

He built The Invisible Script because many of the same behavioral signals that matter in an interrogation show up in courtrooms too.

Most attorneys are never taught to see them.

Very few know how to correct them.

WHY HE BUILT IT

Eduardo recognized that the same behavioral cascade he had studied operationally was appearing in courtrooms and deposition rooms. This where visible to everyone in the environment except the person experiencing it.

And the professionals caught in it had no precise language for what was happening, no measurement of where the breakdown was occurring, and no targeted system to correct it.

The Invisible Script was built to close that gap. Specifically for trial attorneys operating in adversarial legal environments where behavioral signals under pressure carry direct professional and reputational consequences.
